Managing quality is an important factor in establishing the success of the project. The Quality Assurance Board (QAB) oversees all aspects of the project related to quality.

Quality control

There are four broad phases to quality control.

1. Selection of books to include in the library
2. Development and enhancement of a book
3. Development and enhancement of a chapter
4. Translation of a book
